Just to be able to use the program on Sierra. And since they will not give an update price for the eventual new version I will have to pay just as much as a new customer. Their new version of iOs (v4) is quite good, no remarks there. OneSafe takes five days to answer, and then you always have to send them a follow-up question since their answer does not say much. 1Password support answers within a few hours, Keeper aswell. It crashes every now and then, and the only response I got from the support was to uninstall and then re-install to see if it would work.Īlso, the support is very slow and really does not give you much of an answer. However I find problems with OneSafe now after Sierra. I have been using Onesafe since 2013, when I moved from Keeper.
